Star of Bethlehem Medicine was crafted back in Spring during my visit back home. These beautiful beings were gathered from my mamas allotment that is over 40 years old. She also gifted me a few plant babes and planted them in my medicine garden. They called back then to be made into a spirit medicine to support in heavy times when we feel hopeless, heartbroken, sad or traumatised by something that we experienced, maybe bad news, loss, accident or even the state of the world, which at this moment in time feels very fitting. I crafted them along with Lilly of the Valley + Columbine Flower Essence, which felt important at that time.
Star of Bethlehem is supportive in times of shock, trauma, heartache and immense grief + sorrow. They help us return back into our bodies, when we feel numb, in shock or disassociating. When we don’t have mental capacity to process the emotions or traumatic events, when we feel withdrawn, empty and mentally + physically unable to function, cope.
