Star of Bethlehem flower essence was crafted in Spring during my visit back home. These beautiful beings were gathered from my mama's allotment, which has thrived for over 40 years. During this visit, she also gifted me a few plant babes and planted them in my medicine garden.
These sweet brings called out to me back then to be made into a spirit medicine, to support us during those heavy, challenging times when we feel may hopeless, heartbroken, sad, or traumatised.
