Artemisia Vulgaris has been worked with for centuries in many cultures as a visionary + dreamwork herb. Very protective ally, that supports dream recall + visions, and brings balance in emotional + mental energy. Ancestral plant for many of us. So many stories and magic that surrounds Mugwort.
Mugwort is rich in volatile oils, which warm and increase circulation to the uterus, helping in the removal of stagnant blood, and also has calming and grounding properties.
