How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow between 5-7 days for packing and dispatching your potions, always with love and care. I will do my best to bundle your parcels sooner and if you need your bundles earlier, send me a message via the contact form on the website.

Shipping with Royal Mail / Parcel Force

UK : £4.39 for 24hrs tracked shipping, typically delivered next day after post office drop.

International: Tracked with expected delivery between 3-8 days { this also depends on customs}. There’s fixed international shipping price of £28, and any postage overages will be refunded to you once the order has shipped. Price is based on the weight of the parcel, with the lowest price of around £15 for parcels under 250g { typically one flower essence }.

What about customs + taxes? 

Plant Magician is not responsible for any customs + import taxes that may apply, or delays due to customs. Please check customs + taxes before placing an order.

What is your return policy?
