Yarrow Flower Essence // for Sacred Warriors, Healers, Empaths + HSP
There’s few plants that really have my heart and Yarrow is one of them. One of the first plants that I connected with starting my herbal / plant path journey. They are sacred and ancient Plantcestors, called Krwawnik back home, which translates to ''blood'' or ''to staunch bleeding''. Truly resilient and beautiful beings, steeped in Magick + Folklore. Yarrow has a strong affinity for the blood and a long list of medicinal uses + actions, affecting many systems in the body. They carry many complexities + paradoxes. They are often called Wounded Warrior or Wounded Healer, which goes back to the story of Achilles + Chiron representing the archetypal dynamics that the medicine of Yarrow mirrors strongly, esp. for the Soul. Yarrow helps us reconnect + remember our innate wisdom and the ancient codes that are woven into our DNA, blood, and bones; our lineages. Yarrow may also assist us in releasing harmful patterns, particularly those that are ancestral and not meant for us to carry forward into our lives.
They are protective and boundary medicine, showing up RIGHT NOW, where many of us are navigating liminal spaces, endings, transitions and witnessing so much death. Giving us strength and courage to hold it all, with grace. Centred + rooted in our Warrior Hearts. Balanced. Leading and speaking from the Heart, not minds or ego. They help us see beyond the veils and illusions. Yarrow can also show us where we still need to find harmony, or where we still perpetuate + contribute to the oppressive cycles /ways. Yarrow is a medicine for all warriors, activists, healers and those in service to others. Those that faced their sacred wounds and turned them into wisdom, teachings and medicine, so they can truly be in service to other people.
Yarrow is also very supportive to folks who identify as empaths or high sensory, those who are naturally more open to the energies of the world, often absorbing others emotions. Yarrow teaches discernment, how to differentiate your own energy from others, strengthening psychic + emotional boundaries, so we don't take others energy into our being, also not invading others personal space, of feeling into their feelings / enmeshing. Yarrow cleanses, repairs and strengthens etheric & auric bodies. They create an energetic blanket of protection, so others energy doesn't get in and yours doesn't leak out.
Suggested: 2-4 drops 4 times a day, on the tongue or in water. {or whenever you feel called to}
