Foxglove Spirit {Medicine of The Heart /Heart Healing + Opening //Unconditional Love // Inner Child Healing}
My journey with Foxglove is a beautiful story of synchronicity and magical encounters. I discovered them few years ago while wandering through a stunning forest known as 'Honey Lane', a name that feels so fitting, especially knowing how much bees adore the Foxglove blooms. As I strolled in awe among the majestic old and ancient Oak trees, my eyes were drawn to a large patch of green leaves. Although I was uncertain about the identity of the plants, there was familiarity, like we have met before. I playfully said out loud, “I think these are Foxglove babes!” and I later confirmed that using the technology available today (lol). This kind of connection, encounters occur quite often for me—the magnetic pull, the instinctual knowing, the plants themselves are calling out to me. I continued to visit them throughout the spring and summer months, watching them in full bloom until they eventually transformed into seeds. In the midst of this journey, something truly magical happened: two Foxglove babes, which I had not planted myself, appeared in my medicine garden. Plants have their own unique ways of showing up in our lives, finding us when we need their medicine + teachings (sometimes they are very persistent). Foxglove brings this beautiful reminder of this magic, and the childlike wonder we often forget along our paths.
