Welcome to this intimate and sacred space where I wholeheartedly share my own experiences + bring forth plant spirit wisdom and teachings, ancient rituals, plant medicine recipes, and the transformative + healing magic of gardening and Earth stewardship.

Building this website took a long time. My vision was to create an authentic, intimate and raw space for us to come together and foster a sense of connection + belonging. I have intentionally avoided marketing strategies, and the pursuit of perfection through curated and visually appealing content. I want you to know that there is a real human being behind these words / screen, navigating many paradoxes.
